Double Seven Vintage Metal Cigarette Box Circa 1970s
Once belonged to a pocket along dusty roads, holding bidis, traditional Indian hand-rolled cigarettes. Produced in India during the mid-20th century, such tins travelled with workers, travellers and tea stall conversations.
Its bright yellow carries the bold branding “Double Seven”, associated with fortune and good luck.
Today she may hold cigarettes, herbs or small sacred objects. A tiny altar.
Each treasure is unique, shaped gently by time.
